December 2005.....That's the last time that CS won Call Center of the month........ANONG PETSA NA?!!! Malapit na mag December uli at wala nang kasunod!! Sigh. If only....If only...at napakarami pang if only.....isa lang masasabi ko.  HAY NAKU.
